Nevada Industrial Storage Completes Final Phase of Site Development, Expanding Alamo Facility to 154 Acres

Nevada Industrial Storage, a Cannon Nevada company, has completed the final phase of dirt work at its facility in the Alamo Industrial Complex. Finished in December 2025, the work brings the site to 154 acres and completes a buildout that has added more than 100 acres of capacity since the facility first opened.

Since launching in March 2024 as the first tenant of the Alamo Industrial Complex, Nevada Industrial Storage has grown steadily in response to demand from contractors, fleet operators, energy companies and equipment owners throughout Southern Nevada. With site development now complete, the full 154 acres are available to serve both existing tenants and new clients.

Strategic Location and Site Design

Located at 500 Industrial Road in Alamo, the facility sits directly on the US-93 corridor, approximately 77 miles north of the Las Vegas Apex area, with efficient access to Las Vegas and northern routes toward Idaho. The property is zoned M-2 General Industrial and occupies an elevated yard served by a private, gated access road. Perimeter fencing fitted with 90% visibility-blocking slats keeps stored assets screened from public view.
